We are seeking a BE/BC Geriatrician to join a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive care for older adults across ambulatory and post-acute settings.
What You ll DoProvide care in ambulatory clinics, nursing homes, sub-acute, rehabilitation, and short-stay environments
Collaborate with other Geriatricians, APPs, nursing staff, and hospitalists to manage complex patients
Cover nursing home patients with weekday on-call responsibilities and participate in a rotating 1:12 weekday/weekend service call for clinic patients
Opportunities for medical directorship and oversight of additional long-term care facilities
Participate in part-time or full-time roles based on your preference
Engage in academic or research activities with affiliated medical school if desired
Supportive, team-based practice with multiple Geriatricians and APPs
Focused on high-quality care for older adults in both ambulatory and post-acute settings
Predictable schedule: Monday Friday, typical daytime hours
No hospital rounds required, no home visits, hospice, or assisted-care visit quotas
