Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' clinical conditions, recognizing, identifying, and interpreting serious situations.
- Prioritize and take immediate action in emergency situations.
- Operate and monitor emergency care equipment such as infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, and cardiac monitors.
- Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed by the physician.
- Record observations and nursing interventions accurately.
- Document health care requirements and prepare assignments for team members.
- Plan and implement care delivery and coordinate documentation of care.
- Maintain adequate supplies and equipment and ensure a safe environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ER RN experience.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (mandatory).
- Ventilator experience is required.
- Ability to float to MS or ICU units as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
