Position Overview:
We are currently seeking providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams on a PRN basis near MC QUADY, KY. The need is ongoing, providing flexibility for physicians with varied schedules. Exams primarily involve interview-based assessments with some physical evaluations, including range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, and assessment of traumatic brain injury.
Details:
- Shift Type: PRN, as needed basis
- Shift Duration: Half-day (4 hours or less) or full day (4-8 hours)
- Board Certification: Required in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R
- DMA Certification: Available (CME credits)
- Equipment Required: Own personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops/MACs), Goniometer
- Training Provided: Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs)
- Reporting: DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion
- Evaluation Method: Completed in provider portal with records reviewed
- Providers Needed: More than 5

- Specialty Background: Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio
- Skills: Proficiency in METs testing and evaluating respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions
