Inventory Specialist
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is seeking a dedicated Inventory Specialist to join their team. As an Inventory Specialist, you will be an integral part of the warehouse operations supporting the supply chain and customer satisfaction efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer service-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay Range: $20.00
Shift: 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday (flexible start times available)
What's the Job?
- Manage inventory by working on computer systems and within various warehouse systems
- Unpack, receive, and organize products using carts and open boxes, with minimal heavy lifting
- Ensure accurate product put-away and replenishment to support customer demands
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 6S standards
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors and customers
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong technical skills for working on computers and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel within the territory and operate a company vehicle safely
