At East Cooper OBGYN, you’ll work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment alongside experienced radiologists and specialty providers. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality ultrasound imaging while providing compassionate, exceptional care to every patient we serve.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

• ARDMS or ARRT registry required

• If not currently registered, must be registry-eligible and complete registration within 12 months of hire

Experience

• One year of experience in sonography preferred

Licensure / Certification

• ARRT (S) or ARDMS certified or board eligible required

• ARDMS certification required within the first year of employment

Additional Required Skills

• Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in diagnostic rooms

• Working knowledge of various types of ultrasound equipment

• Ability to adapt to new technologies, situations, and procedures based on patient age and clinical needs

• Demonstrated ability to interpret information to identify and meet each patient’s specific care requirements

• Basic computer skills
