Job Title: Registered Nurse – CVICCU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit)
Location: Florence, SC 29505
Duration: 13-week contract
Shift: Nights | 3×12-hour shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to critically ill cardiovascular patients in the CVICCU
Monitor and manage hemodynamic status, cardiac rhythms, and post-operative cardiac patients
Administer medications, titrate vasoactive drips, and manage advanced cardiac devices per protocol
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR and adhere to ICU standards and protocols
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of CVICCU or cardiac ICU nursing experience
Strong cardiac nursing background with critical care experience
Ability to float within scope to similar units as needed
