This is a permanent outpatient psychiatry position based in Western Colorado, focused on adult and adolescent patient care within a collaborative integrated care model. The role is the first psychiatry hire at the facility, offering autonomy without call, nights, or weekends, and aims to shape the service line. Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists will work with an established primary care referral base and benefit from recruiter-supported contract negotiation and licensure assistance.
