• Secondary Focus: General/benign hematology from patients not assigned to other physician specialties

• Current Physician Specialties: Breast, Lung (different location), GI, GU, Neuro

• Physicians: 6

• APP Coverage:

• Inpatient team: 5 APPs

• Outpatient team: 5 APPs at this location

• Outpatient Clinic:

• 8-16 patients per day

• Schedule template allows 7-8 hours of patient appointment time

Hospital (Call/Rounding):

Average census of 22 patients across 2 hospitals

Includes 4-5 new patients

• Oncology - Outpatient setting

• Participation on Tumor Board

• Orders tests and imaging

• Prescribing responsibilities

• Required Procedures:

• FNA

• Biopsy

Chemotherapy Administration: Nurse Oncologist

• EMR: Epic

• Estimated Timeframe: 90 days

• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Medical Oncology - Required

• Active Michigan license - Highly Preferred

• Will review providers needing to obtain MI license
