Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC EM/IM/FM; ABEM or EM, IM or FM residency trained with 2 years' emergency medicine experience; alternative boards not accepted
- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS required if not BCEM; flu or other immunizations required
- Licensure: Active LA license required; LA DEA and CS required for presentation
