We have schedules such as 5-8s, 4-10s, some longer days, some shorter, whatever works best for the provider, within reason. Being that we are a FQHC, we also can offer the HRSA loan repayment option for providers.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $120,000-$145,000, Vacation: 160 hours, Personal time: 40 hours, CME: 40 hours, allowance of $2500, medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance that is 1.5x the provider s salary, short-term and long-term disability, a 401k plan that NorthShore matches up to 4%, FTCA malpractice insurance.
