About this role:

As a General Surgeon at Alta Vista Hospital , you'll join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and an outstanding patient experience. You'll work alongside two experienced surgeons in a supportive, team-oriented environment. In this role, you'll diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions, including hernias, gallbladder disease, appendicitis, gastrointestinal disorders, thyroid and parathyroid issues, and breast health concerns. You'll also play a vital role in coordinating pre- and post-operative care to ensure seamless patient outcomes. Our practice combines advanced minimally invasive techniques, such as laparoscopic and robotic surgery, with traditional surgical approaches.

What you'll bring:

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
