Job Description

A Family or Internal Medicine Physician is needed to join a practice in Surprise, Arizona. Join a group that focuses on family health through quality medical services in a refined facility. Qualifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Valid Arizona medical license

• Current BLS

• Active DEA certification

• Valid Arizona driver's license
