Float: Traveler may be requested to float
Qualifications:Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission
BLS & ACLS required
1–2+ years of PCU/Stepdown experience preferred
EMR: Cerner experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities:Provide specialized nursing care to progressive care/stepdown patients
Manage cardiac, respiratory, and higher-acuity medical/surgical cases
Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care
Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system
Float to other units as needed based on facility needs
