- A multi-disciplinary care team by your side:
- Medical assistants (CMA/RMA/LPN/RN)
- Clinical Documentation Specialist

- RN Case Manager and Transitions of Care Team
- Call coverage handled by a 24/7 nurse triage line - Care Connections

What We're Looking ForEducation:
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program required
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current MD or DO license in North Carolina
- Board certification or eligibility
- Current DEA license required
