We are seeking a BC / BE Pediatrician to join a three pediatric physician group practicing outpatient medicine only! One MD will be retiring in August 2021 and the group is seeking a replacement.
Administrative support staff. Each MD / DO has an R.N or M.A. who works with you on your shift. Pediatric providers do not cover C-sections.

EMR:

Athena (clinic), McKesson Paragon (hospital) integrated EMR system between clinic and hospital including imaging.

Schedule/Volume:

Expected Schedule: Monday Thursday, 8-4:30, Friday, 8-12, and Saturday 8-12

There is a Mom s Line phone nurse will answer questions/concerns.

Census:

A vg. 30-35 patients/day divided between 3 providers mix of patients

Call:

Physicians typically work 4 days a week. Office is open on Saturdays for sick and emergency patients. Call is every 4th night and every 4th weekend

Compensation:

Base salary, plus production bonus structure (RVU). Comprehensive benefits including health, disability, retirement, profit sharing plan, malpractice, plus much more! Generous sign-on and relocation!

Location:

The practice is located in a city that is home to 210,000 residents. The metropolitan area, known as the River Region, includes Autauga, Elmore, Lowndes, and Montgomery counties with a population of 400,000. Birmingham, Alabama and Atlanta, Georgia have many recreational lakes and the most beautiful Gulf beaches in the U.S. Both are within easy driving distance of this modern, southern city. Only 2 hrs. from the beaches of the Gulf Shores.
