Anesthesiology - Central Pennsylvania

• Practice from one, 260-bed acute care center
• BC/BE required
• 12 total OR s and an off-site Surgery Center with 4 OR s.
• 1 OB Suite
• 4 Endo/GI Suites
• 11 FT Anesthesiologists and 20+ CRNA s
• Call is approx. every 6 -7 days (Mix of first call and back up call)
• CRNA Medical Direction Model
• Major Service lines include: General, GU, OB, Spine, ENT, GYN, Plastic, Ortho, Vascular
• Low Peds volume
• No Open-Heart Surgery and No Heads
• EMR: Meditech

Compensation Package:

• W2: $510-540k + benefits and a $20k annual quality bonus
• PTO: 9 weeks
• CME: 1 week
• CME allowance $3,500 annually
• Sign-on bonus: $40k over 3 years
