- 14-15 shifts per month with mix of 8, 9, and 10-hour shifts
- 2-3 patients per hour across 4 different worksites
- High acuity patients with ESI levels 1-5
- APP support varies by facility with coverage 6a-3p to 8p-4a
- Procedures: intubation, cricothyrotomy, ultrasound guided central lines
- Greatest need for nights, swings, and weekend coverage
- Emergency procedures including codes and conscious sedation
- Hospital privileges required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
