Job Description:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in a Med-Surg setting
- Monitor vital signs and clinical status; report abnormalities
- Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed
- Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
- Document all aspects of care in EMR systems accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and discharge plans
- Respond quickly to emergency situations
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Med/Surg experience
Additional Requirements:
- Active GA RN license
- BLS
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Preferred
