General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a General Manager role within scratch-cooking, fast-casual or full-service casual dining.
- Proven background in scratch cooking is essential.
- Experience in a 2-3 unit multi-unit management role is ideal but not required.
- Strong financial acumen and a proactive business mindset.
