This is an outstanding opportunity to provide advanced overnight ICU care while expanding your procedural skills and collaborating with a high-performing Pulmonary and Critical Care team.
Position Highlights
Schedule: Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (non-benefited)
Shift Options: Minimum 4 shifts/month (part-time) or 14 shifts/month (full-time)
- Practice Scope:
- Support: 24/7 attending physician backup with full multidisciplinary team
- Professional Growth: Transition-to-practice program with hands-on training and a one-year critical care curriculum
Qualifications
Board Certified ACNP-BC or AGACNP-BC
Active California NP and DEA licenses (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Minimum 1 year of inpatient NP experience (ICU or hospitalist preferred)
Strong clinical judgment, procedural interest, and commitment to patient-centered care
