Requirements

• Maryland certification: CAC-AD, CSC-AD, or AD-Trainee
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat)

Responsibilities

• Lead 15–20 one-hour groups per week using the provided curriculum
• Engage residents in a culturally competent, supportive manner
• Complete group notes and documentation
• Attend meetings and trainings
• Assist with curriculum development as needed
