Job Description:
As a Travel MS/Tele RN, you'll care for adult patients recovering from medical conditions and surgical procedures, while closely monitoring their cardiac status. This hybrid role is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and enjoy making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to adult patients in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry alerts
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and update care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Document patient status and care interventions accurately
Requirements:
- Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
- Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
- Strong time management, adaptability, and critical thinking skills
