This role involves a choice of working at a VES facility or your own office, provided you meet the location requirements. Job Responsibilities:- Conduct one-time, non-treatment Compensation & Pension exams and separation health assessments.
- Perform primarily interview-based exams with some physical assessments (e.g., range of motion and muscle strength testing).
- No prescribing or treatment required; focus solely on evaluation.
- Complete required administrative tasks, including report submissions and addendums.
- Available to work on a PRN basis, with options for half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) shifts.
- Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
- Must own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products).
- AANP certification is required.
- Active and unrestricted medical license is necessary.
- Willingness to complete DMA training for certification.
- Must have a home address listed for presentation purposes.
- Current medical license number.
- Certification number from relevant medical board.
- Confirmation of willingness to perform General Medicine services.
- Status of DMA certification.
- Address of your office, if applicable.
