Locums Cardiology Clinic + Call Missoula, MT (IMLC accepted)Why This Role

• Ongoing supplemental need with the opportunity for consistent weekly scheduling
• Balanced mix of inpatient, outpatient, and echo-focused clinical work
• Strong APP and nursing support with primarily phone-based call coverage
Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours with call
• Typical schedule is weekly coverage, Monday 8:00am through Monday 7:00am
• Providers ideally cover one to three weeks per month
• Clinic days generally run 8:00am-4:00pm with a mix of inpatient rounding and echo reading
• Weekend call is 24-hour beeper call and is rarely called back onsite
Clinical Details
• Average daily volume of 9-12 clinic patients
• Inpatient cardiology coverage with ICU exposure
• Outpatient clinic and echocardiography interpretation included
• Support team includes cardiology APPs, nursing staff, and office support
• Epic EMR
• Trauma Level II facility
Requirements
• Board Certified Cardiologist
• Active Montana license required or IMLC accepted
• ACLS required
• Comfort with inpatient and outpatient cardiology
• Ability to supervise APPs
Compensation
• Rates: Facility is accepting bids
• Malpractice: Provided
