A progressive, physician-led Nephrology practice in Phoenix, AZ is seeking dynamic and driven BE/BC Nephrologists to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a partner in one of the leading Nephrology groups in the nation and earn $850,000 per year.

Position details:
• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule.
• Outpatient clinic and ER/ICU rounding. Minimal call requirements.
• Nationally recognized private Nephrology practice with over 70 physicians across 40 locations the Phoenix and Tucson Metropolitan areas.
• Robust administrative and clinical support including NPs, PAs, and a full nursing staff to provide quality care and ensure patient retention.
• Physician-led practice allows for your voice to be heard.

In addition to a competitive base salary with production bonus, the group offers a partnership track which includes dialysis ownership and additional income and investment opportunities.
• Partners are earning $850,000/year.
• Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, $2,000 CME stipend, and 401k with 3% match.
