Job DescriptionSeeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Cath Lab/IR unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pre-admission and post-care in the holding area, as well as procedural nursing in the lab. Duties include PICC line insertion, IV conscious sedation, and airway management.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care in the Cath Lab/IR setting
- Perform pre-admission and post-care processes in Holding
- Assist in various procedures, including cardiac and vascular cases
- Manage IV conscious sedation and airway for procedures
- Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting
- Experience with Interventional Radiology and peripheral vascular cases
- Proficient in the use of impellas, IABP, shockwave, IVUS, FFR, IFR, and swans
- Comfort with conscious sedation
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required
