- Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
- 126-bed, fully accredited hospital ®ional healthcare system that includes not only hospital services, but clinic and home services as well.
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination Responsibilities
- Twelve 12-hour shifts/month
- Annual visit volume: 20,000-25,000
- 16 private treatment rooms: including 2 advanced trauma rooms, behavioral health rooms and a Gynecology room
- Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent work/life balance with flexible scheduling Staffing Model:
- Sunday - Tuesday: 1 MD and 2 APPs (10a-10p) and (4p-12a)
- Wednesday - Saturday: 1MD and 1APP (10a-10p) Qualifications
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
- Minimum of five (5) years of Emergency Medicine experience
- Previous Medical Director experience preferred Compensation/Benefits
