Job Details:
• Locum Tenens position with ongoing assignments beginning May 4, 2026
• Active fluoroscopy certification is REQUIRED and will be verified prior to submission
• Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime after 9 hours (pre-approval required)
• Clinic coverage Monday-Thursday (8am-5pm) and Friday (7:30am-5:00pm) - times may vary
• Call coverage 7-10 days per month including weekends
• High volume practice with 16+ patient encounters per shift
• Active California license required
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
• ACLS certification required
• Specific 2026 dates available: May 4-11, June 9-16 & 16-23, July 1-8 & 21-28, August 18-25, September 8-15 & 15-22, October 2-11, November 16-23 & 23-30, December 7-14 & 17-24
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
• Perform general urology procedures for adult patients
• Required skills include advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy
• Perform renal and bladder ultrasounds with biopsy and TRUS biopsies
• Preferred skills include pediatric urology, adrenalectomy, fertility work-up, incontinence procedures, penile prosthesis, and ESWL
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
