What We Offer: Long-Term Opportunity: This locum tenens position offers a contract length of 6 months to 1 year, providing stability and the chance to build relationships within the community. Flexible Schedule Options: We are seeking 7-8 locums to create a flexible float pool, allowing you to choose shifts that best fit your schedule. Diverse Patient Population: You will have the opportunity to care for women across a range of needs, with inpatient coverage available at two facilities. Modern Facilities: All three facilities utilize Epic, a user-friendly Electronic Medical Records system for efficient documentation and patient care coordination. Two Distinct Practice Environments: High-Acuity Facility: Offers a fast-paced environment with medium case volume, in-house call shifts available 7 days a week for physicians comfortable with the demands. Shift details: Day shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (10.5 hours) Night shift: 5:30 PM - 7:00 AM (13.5 hours) Weekend shifts: 12 hours No back-to-back 24-hour shifts Low-Volume Facility: Offers a relaxed environment with 1-2 deliveries per day, requiring off-site call coverage only.
