Currently seeking a Primary Care Physician, (BC/BE) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine for a contract to full-time perm role in Sacramento, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides primary care including episodic, preventive, and acute health care to adult patients.
• Conducts histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards.
• Develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients.
• Maintains medical records.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine provider (MD/DO) to join their team.
• 2 years minimum experience
• Valid CA License
• Current DEA Certificate

HOURS:

• Mon Friday 8- 5, 8 hour shifts or 4, 10-hour shifts .
• Patient Load 18-20
