Responsibilities and Duties- Provide well woman care, including routine exams and preventive services

Additional Information- Active California license required
- Must have an active DEA before the start date
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Family Medicine board certification required
- Board eligible candidates considered if within 5 years of residency
