Work 12-hour shifts at Red Lake Indian Hospital—serve a 14,000-visit ED in a CAH setting. Emergency Medicine Physician, permanent, 12-hr shifts (0700–1900 or 1900–0700) in Minnesota at a Critical Access Hospital; collaborate with APC (Fast Track 1100–2300); admit low-acuity inpatients; transfer for advanced imaging. - Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/ABOEM) - Active, unrestricted state medical license - Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS certifications - Experience managing high-volume EDs or CAH settings

Responsibilities:

• Manage a patient volume of 14,000 annually
• Work 12-hour shifts from 0700-1900 or 1900-0700
• Collaborate with APC covering Fast Track role from 1100-2300
• Admit low acuity patients to the inpatient unit
• Utilize on-site lab and X-ray services
• Transfer patients needing advanced imaging to Bemidji

Qualifications:

• Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/ABOEM)
• Current BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
• Active, unrestricted state medical license
