Locations: West Palm Beach & Boynton Beach, FloridaStart Date: Within 90 days

• Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist for a permanent, full-time position

• Role is inpatient-based, split between two hospital locations

• Current inpatient census is in the 40s, with plans for significant growth by year-end

• Collaborative team includes another psychiatrist, a psychiatric midlevel, and medical staff handling H&Ps and follow-ups

• This is a patient-facing role with a light medical directorship component

• Ideal candidate has experience or interest in pharmaceutical research trials (Sub-Investigator or Principal Investigator roles)

• Supported by an experienced Medical Director who will provide onsite support

• Physician-owned psychiatry group operating in multiple states

• Robust administrative and clinical support

• Full-time = 32+ hours/week
