When on ED STEMI call, the cardiologist responds to STEMI and ED Emergencies: does bedside consults at the request of hospitalist. Performs CATHS if needed Interprets ECHO and Stress Tests ED and Inpatient consults Follow- up consults from prior day Locums provider must provide a minimum of 8 hours clinical time. Anything less than 6 will not facilitate our needs, especially on weekend when the workload expands to 8 hours regularl Patient Call Volume: 10-12 consults, 3 Caths, 10 STEMI's per month Average Daily Procedures: 3-5 Stress Tests, 2 TEE's, 3-5 Caths, 10 Echos Inpatient - Consulting and ED STEMI Call. When on ED STEMI call, the cardiologist responds to STEMI and ED Emergencies; does bedside consults at the request of hospitalist, performs CATHS if needed; Interprets ECHO and STRESS TESTS Support Staff: Techs, and RN EMR: Meditech Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of Fellowship DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Current Flu Vaccine Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
