Children's Hospital is seeking a full-time Pediatric Palliative care specialist to lead and transform our palliative care division.- This individual will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance the care and support provided to our pediatric patients and their families.- Dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with experience in pediatric palliative care- Consultative inpatient and ambulatory care- Home Care based program for patients nearing end-of-life- Dedicated social work support- Multi-disciplinary support from chaplain services, child life, and psychology- Supportive and nurturing environment with staff and other subspecialties- Must be BC/BE in Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Medicine and hold or obtain an unrestricted Ohio medical license.
