Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg position requiring an active TN or compact RN license and at least 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital Med/Surg unit on Floor 3
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not eligible
- Returning travelers must not have recent staff employment history with the client's facilities
- Holiday and weekend coverage may be required according to unit needs
Requirements
- Active TN or compact RN license required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with no certifications expiring within 30 days of start
- Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg RN experience required
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
- Must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
- Must provide a valid driver’s license and US Social Security Number for consideration
- RTO requests must be less than 1 week
