Non-Structural Interventional Cardiologist; part-time permanent; near Windfall, IN; 40 hrs weekly; clinic/hospital/cath lab rotation (2 weeks clinic,1 week hospital,1 week cath lab); Day shifts; STEMI/weekday/weekend/holiday call per schedule. - BC/BE in Cardiology with Interventional training - Experience with TAVR, TMVR, LAA closure, PCI, peripheral and carotid interventions - Valid Indiana medical license (or eligible) - Ability to take STEMI call (1:5) and participate in rotations - NP collaboration and telehealth competency

Interventional procedures performed include Structural Heart procedures such as TAVR, Transcatheter Mitral Valve Repair, and Left Atrial Appendage Closure, as well as cardiac angioplasty, stent placement, rotational atherectomy, carotid stenting, and peripheral vascular procedures. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Clinic Schedule: Monday ??? Friday, 8:00 a.m. ??? 5:00 p.m. Two weeks in clinic. Hospital Rotation Schedule: Monday ??? Friday, 7:00 a.m. ??? 5:00 p.m. One week in hospital. Cath Lab Schedule: One week in cath lab. STEMI Call: 1:5. Weekend Call: 1:5. Night Call: Shared among physicians. Holiday Call: 1:6. Average outpatient volume: 16 - 23 patients per day. Average inpatient volume: 22 ??? 23 per day during hospital schedule. Potential for outreach in surrounding areas. Access to state-of-the-art labs with Phillips systems and Flex vision screens. Common diagnoses include Coronary Artery Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, Cardiomyopathy, Atrial Fibrillation, and Structural Heart Disease. Nurse practitioner support available.
