Responsibilities: 24-hour call coverage, inpatient procedures, scheduled C-sections and sterilizations
Required Procedures: Must be proficient and comfortable with all OB/GYN procedures
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: Not specified
Days Per Month: 7-day blocks
On-Call/Weekends: Yes 24-hour on-call including weekends

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified OB/GYN (No BE) Required

• MI License & CSR at time of name clear Required, no exceptions

• BLS Required

• Provider must be local Required, no exceptions

• Clean background for quick credentialing Required

• Submit rate and full availability at time of name clear Required

• DEA Verbal confirmation at name clear Required
