This position is for a Board-Certified Rheumatologist to join a well-established outpatient rheumatology practice in Wisconsin, serving a large patient population. The role involves managing and treating patients with rheumatic diseases within a multidisciplinary team, supported by advanced diagnostic and therapeutic resources. Wisconsin - Rheumatology • Consider joining a well-established outpatient Rheumatology practice. Wisconsin health system is recruiting to add to their current team of 2 BC Rheumatologists and a certified Advanced Practice Provide to meet the demands of their growing patient population, servicing a region of 650,000 lives with a large referral base of over 400 employed providers. This opportunity is ideal for the physician interested in joining a team of experts with a passion to build and develop a premier Rheumatology Service, while managing and treating patients with Rheumatic disease. • You will have the ability to thrive in an environment that supports innovation and has a wealth of resources available to you. • As part of the Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Service Line you will have the collegiality of being a part of a nationally benchmarked sports medicine & orthopedics subspecialty practice with an entire joint replacement team, consisting of a total of 13 orthopedic and sports medicine trained physicians. Practice Details: • Opening March 2024: new multispecialty office with advanced diagnostics • Comprehensive team of physical therapists, representing every major therapeutic discipline • Full-time practice: 40 hours per week, at least 35 hours per week devoted to patient appointments and the delivery of healthcare services to patients • Approximately 15 patients / day • Rotating Call Schedule (nights/weekends) 1 3 • No weekends • No holidays • Regional outreach locations • Predominantly outpatient practice with infrequent inpatient consults as patients are managed by hospitalist service • New state of the art infusion therapy center • Compensation: (total compensation is greater than the 75% MGMA percentile) • 2-year compensation guarantee •
