About the Practice:

• Clinic based position, 36 patient hours per week
• Assume existing patient panel
• APP conducts follow up visits
• After hours answering service
• Fantastic support staff
• Typical in-office procedures include Botox, non-guided nerve blocks
• Day per week of outreach in nearby community

Compensation:

• $365,565 Guaranteed Fixed Base
• Tiered WRVU Productivity Bonus
• $34,000 Sign-on bonus
• $30,000 Student Loan Repayment
