A BE/BC Family Medicine Physician is sought to provide outpatient-based family medicine care in a supportive, team-oriented environment at Froedtert ThedaCare in Appleton, WI. The role includes flexibility in clinical practice with opportunities for inpatient and procedural work, supported by robust administrative and clinical infrastructure. Froedtert ThedaCare, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for our Appleton, WIlocation. Practice Highlights:
Call Rotation: Reasonable and equitable call schedule spread evenly among all providers of two weekdays per month and two to three weekends per year. ThedaCare On Call, a nurse triage service, screen all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider.

Practice Highlights:
- Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
- 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
- Join an established team of 17 physicians and 10 APCs across the call group
- Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
- Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

- Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
- Transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
- Sign-on bonus offered to support a smooth transition into practice

- $4,500 annual CME allowance
