• Lead compassionate clinical assessments to deeply understand each adolescent’s unique bio-psychosocial needs, setting the foundation for their recovery journey.

• Design and adapt personalized care plans that bridge the gap between medical necessity and human connection, ensuring every intervention is age-appropriate and goal-oriented.

• Facilitate therapeutic breakthroughs by providing direct bedside care that fosters a safe, healing environment for our residents.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evolve treatment strategies in real-time, ensuring our care stays as dynamic as the patients we serve.

• Champion high-quality documentation that captures the patient’s progress accurately, ensuring the entire care team is aligned and the patient's "story" is told with clinical integrity.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Candidates must be 21 years or older to work on the residential unit.
