Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – 32 beds Number of Staff – 45 Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 Manager, 1 Clinical Coordinator or Charge Nurse, 4 RNS, 2-3 PCTs, 1 Unit Secretary Night Shift – 1 Clinical Coordinator or Charge Nurse, 4 RNS, 2-3 PCTs, 1 Unit Secretary (until 11p) Patient Ratios – 6:1 Type of equipment – Standard Nursing equipment, BiPAP (Stable), Mid/Flow, PD, Heparin Gtts, Phillips Cardiac Monitors EMR – Meditech 6.0 Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Willing to work weekends as assigned Ability to work with admission/discharge high turnover daily. No history of attendance concerns Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Positive outgoing attitude Good understanding of HCAHP importance List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Mainly Cardio-pulmonary , but can receive any general medical patients Ability to monitor all for cardiac needs – we do not typically treat arrhythmias. Can receive stable Covid19 Patients
