Family Medicine physician, permanent position in Helmsburg, IN. 36 patient-contact hours + 4 admin hours; traditional clinic Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:00pm with a 4-day work week (no Mon/Fri off). Participation in 1:7 call group. Onsite specialties: proctology, breast surgery, orthopedics; more planned. - MD/DO licensed in Indiana - Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine - Experience in outpatient primary care - Able to join 1:7 call rotation - Eligible to work permanently in the U.S.
