Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience, including 1 year in pediatrics, for an acute care pediatric position.
Responsibilities
- Work in an acute care pediatric and pediatric intensive care setting
- Day shift schedule with 5x8 hour shifts, typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Patient population includes pediatric patients requiring acute and intensive care
- Uses Cerner EMR; Cerner experience is preferred but not required
- Main responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of children in acute care and intensive care settings
- RTO (requested time off) must be included at the time of application
- Local candidates are accepted within a 75-mile radius, though at a reduced rate
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience with at least 1 year in the pediatric specialty
- Active MO or Compact PT license required if applicable
- License must be active and in hand for consideration
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
