Integrated model of care to adults who reside in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in either the Columbia or Florence, South Carolina markets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Join a vibrant, provider-led, rewarding practice as a supervising psychiatrist.
• Be a member of a tightly integrated team of primary care and mental health providers that delivers care to patients in long term care settings.
• Provide much-needed service to a vulnerable population in the integrated and comprehensive model that psychiatrists are trying to achieve.
• Enjoy leadership and teaching opportunities as you lead a team of midlevel providers and collaborate with psychotherapists in implementing best practices.
• Free yourself from having to work behind a desk and the ticking clock of outpatient practice and enjoy the freedom to practice psychiatry based on patient needs and your clinical judgement, delivering care to patients where they live.
• 18-22 patient patients per day (20 patients per day = about $295,000)
