This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Start Date: ASAP for 12 months
Shift times: 24hr call 1 in 5 weekends
Clinic M-Th 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12p (2 weekdays/week)
Practice Setting: inpatient, outpatient
Types of Cases: Obtain medical histories when necessary. Perform physical exams, Diagnose, treat and monitor acute and chronic diseases, Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Credentialing Timeframe: 0-90 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
Certifications Required: Board Certified/ Board Eligible, Basic Life Support and Drug enforcement administration
Licensure Required: Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
