Details:

• Begins ASAP, upon successful credentialing (Temp credentialing)
• Must have clean malpractice file, never been named in a suit
• Mon - Fri (7a-3p)
• Call - 1:6 (20 minute response) OT - if desired
• 9 ORs, GI, & OB
• Cases: B&B, Ortho, ENT, Thoracic, Spine & Podiatry
• Model 6 MD/DOs & 2 CRNAs
• EMR: Meditech
