Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000+ (leadership role with strong growth potential)

Aviation ABA is hiring a BCBA (QSP preferred) to step into a Director-level leadership role overseeing in-home ABA services based in Rochester, Minnesota, with broader collaboration across the state.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll guide clinical quality, mentor and support BCBAs and RBTs, and help scale a quality-driven, boutique ABA model—all while maintaining a manageable caseload so you stay clinically connected.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leadership & Operations
Oversee in-home ABA services in the Rochester region, with statewide collaboration
Lead, mentor, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and in-home teams
Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy, systems, and performance
Ensure clinical quality, consistency, and compliance
Build and refine processes that improve communication and efficiency
Clinical Oversight
Conduct FBAs, reassessments, and parent interviews
Design and oversee individualized treatment plans
Provide direct supervision, feedback, and coaching to staff
Maintain a manageable caseload to ensure clinical excellence
Deliver parent training using evidence-based ABA strategies
Ensure compliance with Minnesota DHS / 245D regulations and ethical standards
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification
QSP (Qualified Supervising Professional) – highly preferred
Minnesota license (or license-eligible)
2+ years BCBA experience (in-home and/or clinic)
Leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable collaborating with executive leadership
Reliable transportation for in-home services as needed
