Job Description Opportunity for a full-time, board-certified Gynecologist to join our multi-specialty group located in central Florida, at The Villages. The incoming physician will be office-based, joining 3 gynecologists and 1 nurse practitioner who work out of a new state-of-the-art facility. The Gynecologist will provide gynecologic clinic and surgical services. There is no Obstetrics.
Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive gynecologic assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients within our internal referral network of over 80 Primary Care Providers.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about gynecology health, disease prevention, and management strategies.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans in response to patient progress, changes in health status, and evolving clinical findings.
Job Requirements: - Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Board eligible or certified.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
